At Pascack Valley Landscaping, we believe the strength of our company comes from the people who lead it and the values they bring to every project. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional landscaping services while building lasting relationships within our community.

Raised in Hillsdale, NJ, Matt discovered his passion for landscaping at just 15 years old when he began mowing lawns for neighbors and walking his equipment door to door. By the age of 17, he had purchased his first truck and trailer, expanding his business beyond his hometown.

After graduating from Pascack Valley High School in 2014, Matt focused on college while working as a police dispatcher and volunteering with both the fire department and ambulance service. In 2017, realizing the growth potential of the landscaping industry and his own natural talent for entrepreneurship, he officially founded Pascack Valley Landscaping (PVL).

What started as a one-man neighborhood maintenance business has now grown into a full-service landscaping company with a team of 29 employees, specializing in all phases of landscape design, construction, maintenance, and snow services. Today, Matt’s role has evolved into overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. His mission is simple: provide top-quality landscaping services while building a strong, reliable, and motivated workforce.

In 2021, Matt welcomed Wade as his right-hand man and company manager. Also a Hillsdale native, Wade holds a Business Management degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey. With extensive experience in management, customer service, and office leadership, Wade was a natural fit for PVL.

Wade quickly advanced from an office assistant to Operations Manager, where he now oversees all aspects of the company’s operations and reports directly to Matt. His strong leadership ensures that projects run smoothly, customers receive exceptional service, and employees have the tools and support they need to succeed.

With a dedicated team of 29 employees, we have the manpower, skills, and equipment to handle any job, no matter the size. Our team members bring passion, hard work, and pride to every project they take on. Outside of work, they are family-oriented, active in their communities, and enjoy hobbies like fishing, religious involvement, and spending quality time with their children.
